The public authorities and the Municipality of Tori-Bossito formally indicated the strong need for this initiative. The needs of the community in which the project takes place are related to the education of young people in socially critical situations. The approach for supporting these young people has been identified as educational engagement, specifically in the field of computer science. Through the setup and management of a computer lab, training will be provided to approximately 100 young people per year. (These individuals will be diverted from high-risk social activities, channeling their time into computer education programs). The local organization responsible for implementing the project is the administration of the Municipality of Tori-Bossito. The actual need for this initiative is certified by formal letters issued by the Secretariat of the Ministry of Secondary Education and Vocational Training of Benin.
