For three weeks, one Fenice Rotary Club member conducted targeted training sessions designed to help the young participants develop greater self-confidence, communication skills, and the ability to present ideas and projects in front of an audience. The work concluded with a particularly meaningful moment: the students put into practice what they had learned by delivering public presentations to the local community. The emotion and pride of the young participants were shared by the organization’s educators, the volunteer, and everyone attending the Rotary eClub Fenice evening. The initiative represented a concrete example of how Rotary, through the commitment of its members, can contribute to the personal growth of young people and to strengthening social organizations in areas of greatest need. It was an experience that left a deep impression and once again confirmed the value of Rotary service.
